Delivery Time :
Most items are shipped within 24 hrs. of request unless item is temporarily out of stock and must be drop shipped from another location. In cases of drop shipping this can take up to 48 hrs, many times it is sooner.
Shipping & Handling :
Zen-Tel uses an average cost method for calculating shipping costs online. Orders can be shipped outside of the U.S., however, in order to properly calculate costs we must fill the order personally. Please call or contact us for international orders.
All shipping services are provided using UPS and we offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Because of our central location, UPS Ground is the recommended shipping service for customers in the Midwest, Southeast, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. UPS Ground takes only two days for delivery in those regions.
UPS delivery services are delivered “curbside” or to the front of the building at the specified address. If you have special needs for delivery that require transporting items indoors or to specified locations please note that in your order request.
UPS will not deliver to P.O. box addresses (unless privately owned).
Payments are accepted in U.S. dollar denominations by all major credit cards. All orders are shipped once payment via these methods has been confirmed.

Damaged Products :
All of Zen-Tel’s products are covered under a one year, normal use warranty. If your purchase is defective and is experiencing problems caused by inherent flaws, we will replace that product free of charge or completely refund your purchase. All refunds must pass checks to determine that problems were caused by flaws in the equipment as delivered and not by misuse. The date the product was delivered must also be determined to qualify for warranty coverage. If the product is determined to be damaged upon your receipt you are not liable for any shipping costs and we will completely refund you or replace the equipment free of shipping.
Returns (subject to a 20% restocking fee) :
If you are not satisfied with your order because we misrepresented it, or if the order was filled incorrectly we will either replace the items you need or refund you fully. If you have changed your mind or simply wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition that it was delivered to you. Upon our reception of the item it will be checked for proper serial numbers and authenticity. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the equipment is defective or the order was filled incorrectly. An Return Merchandise Authorization number is needed for all returns. Order Cancellation :
Orders may be cancelled at anytime without penalty prior to shipment. Because shipment is usually performed within 24 hrs., immediate contact is neccessary to stop orders without incurring shipping costs. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges.
Zen-Tel products are covered under a one year normal use warranty. This ensures full working order for all products purchased for one year. We pledge that this is simply an added precaution, that all of our products live up to the standards of integrity, and that they will continue to work properly long after one year.
