Standard Features

• Automated Telephone Answering : If you are away from your phone or if it is busy PhoneMail will automaticall answer the call and take a message. Also, the caller will be given options for message recording, call transfering, and message priority scheduling.
• Voice Store and Forward : All messages are stored in the PhoneMail system and notifications are forwarded to the recipient at pre-determined intervals so you will be sure to receive your messages.
• Phone Spell : Phone spell allows callers to leave voice messages without knowing the exact extension number of the person they are trying to reach by simply spelling the last name from their phone. The caller can simply dial the name of the person and PhoneMail will recognize the name and provide the extension.
• Call Processing : Call processing offers callers a menu of choices and transfers them to their desired extension without operator assistance. Additionally, Call processing can provide round-the-clock access to information
• Security : Built-in features preserve mailbox privacy and prevent unauthorized access to the PhoneMail system. These security features help maintain system integrity and minimize operating costs.
• System Management : PhoneMail automates many routine processes and provides detailed reports on system acitivity. PhoneMail's specific functions and authorization levels can be configured for individual users and workgroups and can be accessed remotely. Also, all voice and call data can be backed up on 3.5 inch diskettes and DAT drives for enhanced system maintainability, security, and performance.

• PhoneMail Plus : This package provides call processing voice forms with audible prompts for voice messages, message expiration control enhancement, uninterruptable extended-absence alternate greeting, password enhancements, and message waiting indicators for multiple extensions per mailbox.
