Norstar Startalk Flash Voicemail

Norstar StarTalk Flash voicemail offers voice messaging and automated attendant capabilities to growing businesses with 1 - 40 users. The design is optimized to work with any Norstar business communications system, including MICS and CICS key sysytems. Features include Auto Attendant, single digit dialing (Custom Call Routing), Cascading Off-Premise Message Notification, and Integrated Calling Line ID. The intuitive Norstar LCD Window steps the user through the features of Flash Voice Mail and can reduce training costs by providing instruction.

Key Features

• Auto Attendant: Works completely on its own, serving as an automated receptionist to answer all calls promptly and properly, 24 hours a day.
• Auto Operator: Routes and reroutes calls. Custom Call Routing works with Auto Attendant to act as an automatic switchboard operator. It will ensure important outside calls are routed directly to an appropriate agent without a receptionist.
• Auto Messenger: Records and sends voice messages. Voicemail features is similar to a home answering machine, but with much higher capacity, personal mailboxes and easier to use processes for listening to messages and recording multiple greetings.
• Tight integration with Calling Line ID: Allows you to create personalized greetings for key customers and suppliers to give them a more personal service.
• Integration with Flash ACD Auto Call Distribution: Helps you create a small order inbound call center for customer service, sales or technical support. Callers can leave a message in a general mailbox or wait in queue for the next available agent while listening to digital voice announcements or music. Agents can log in from any Norstar terminal without dedicating the station to the ACD.

Norstar CallPilot 100

CallPilot 100 for Norstar Integrated Communications Systems is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. CallPilot 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, Basic Call Center, Web-based management, and IP connectivity.

Designed to run multiple telephony applications and integrate them with the Norstar System, the NAM is an industrial grade computer server that is robust and flexible. Norstar Applications Module supports up to 32 voice channels, so it can drive multiple integrated applications such as Voice Mail plus Fax Messaging, Automated Attendant, Desktop Messaging, or Digital Networking. NAM Voicemail is for business sites that require up to 1000 mailboxes and have the need for advanced applications. It provides seamless integration with the Norstar business communications system through the Norstar Applications Module, a strong, flexible PC-based platform.
