The Nortel Meridian Max is a fully integrated management information tool for traditional call centers. Offering intuitive management software with real-time and historical views and the ability to respond immediately to changes in call volume or other business conditions, the Meridian MAX is a versatile tool. Supervisors are given good flexibility in agent assignment, analysis, and call designation. Agents and supervisors can also select and assign the types of calls processed, so that different groups can handle different call classes. Some other supervisor functions include: changing call flow thresholds and reporting for insight into call processing, agent performance, DNIS statistics, abandonment statistics, queue performance and trunk utilization. - Meridian MAX is compatible with any Meridian 1 Option system including Option 11C, 21, 51, 61C, and 81C.
