The Nortel Option 11 IPEE (Intelligent Peripheral Equipment Enhanced) Applications Module is a separate shelf that can be installed on the Meridian Option 11C PBX system rack assembly. In addition to message waiting indication, mobility networking, and advanced management this new upgraded IPEE applications module enables call center applications such as Meridian Custom Call Routing (CCR), Max Reporting and a 250 MB database (as compared to the 90 MB available on the IPE module) for Meridian Max 9 software with Multiple Queue Assignment (MQA), NAC connectivity, and MEI-Observe. The Meridian Custom Call Routing (CCR) card provides customers and users with an intutitive menu to route their call to the proper department while Max CCR provides administrators with reporting tools to track and analyze call routing information. The Nortel Meridian IPEE Application Module for Option 11C is essential in busy medium to large sized customer service and support call centers where high volumes of calls must be continually and efficiently routed and tracked.
