Norstar T24 Key Indicator Module (KIM) CAP - NT8B29AA

Nortel Networks T24 Key Indicator Module Central Answering Position (KIM CAP) is an expandable desktop telephone solution that allows station attendants, receptionists and support or sales contact centers the ability to increase productivity and efficiently distribute calls personally. By attaching up to four T24 Key Indicator Modules directly to a T7316E, users gain access to over 100 hundred memory buttons capable of supporting lines, features, and/or autodials.

Crentralizing Call Processing
The Norstar T24 Key Indicator Module (KIM) provides an effective desktop telephone solution for your MICS or CICS system which can create an efficient centralized hub for call processing and handling. Each T24 KIM adds 24 programmable buttons to the T7316E.

***Important:The T24 Key Indicator Module (KIM) CAP does require a T7316E (Enhanced) to operate. The KIM will not work with a T7316 (standard).

• Multi-segment icons: Improves internal communication flow by providing a station status for system subscribers.
• Default line and hunt group assignment: Simplifies system administration by logically defaulting to the top six buttons on the LCD supported programmable button column.
