Zen-Tel was founded in Kansas City in 1999 by Jeff Schwartz as an at-home Siemens telephone system support service company. The growing demand for products brought about the accumulation of a complete telephony product line for Siemens. Today Zen-Tel offers full support for Nortel, Norstar, Siemens, Rolm, and select Avaya systems. Additionally, we can locate and acquire products from most other telecommunications manufacturers at our customer's request.
